Hi, I’m Jerry Kugler and I’m proud of how successful Jerry Kugler & Associates has been in recruiting top talented candidates for Pharmaceutical Sales and Management positions since 1998. Our success has been based on the fact that we initially gain a firm understanding of our clients’ and candidates’ needs allowing us to search for the candidate with the most appropriate “fit”. After serving 25 years in pharmaceutical sales, sales management, hospital and specialty management, account management and marketing roles, I personally learned what it takes to be successful in the pharmaceutical industry. Utilizing that knowledge and experience, I always work at making the best “match” for an open position. In past years we have placed candidates into positions including, but not limited to, Sales Representatives, Hospital and Specialty Representatives, District and Account Management, Field and Account Management Directors/VP’s, Science Liaisons, and various marketing and medical related positions.
